Hardeep S. Rekhi

Hardeep Rekhi's practice encompasses all aspects of employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, failure to accommodate, and sexual harassment litigation in both state and federal court. Hardeep also has experience litigating personal injury and commercial matters. Prior to starting The Rekhi Law Firm, PLLC, Hardeep worked at The Blankenship Law Firm, P.S. and the international firm of Lane Powell, P.C. as a part of their employment law practice group.

Hardeep graduated from Tulane University School of Law cum laude, where he served as Senior Associate Editor of Tulane Law Review. During law school, he volunteered at the Tulane Legal Assistance Clinic, assisting indigent clients with a variety of legal issues. Hardeep received his B.A. degree in economics from Whitman College, where he was awarded the President's Scholarship.

With a demonstrated commitment to social justice, Hardeep strives to serve his clients through vigorous advocacy with a human touch. He cares deeply about the rights of all people to be free of discrimination and believes in the power of the law to effect positive change. Hardeep is a member of the legal team for Sikh Coalition, as well as a board member for The Hate Free Zone of Washington. He has also participated as a panel member for various community civil rights panel discussions.

Hardeep is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the South Asian Bar Association, and the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington.

Heather K. Rekhi

Heather Rekhi's practice includes criminal defense of felonies and misdemeanors and all aspects of special education law. Prior to starting The Rekhi Law Firm, PLLC, Heather worked as a public defender in Tennessee and in Seattle at The Defender Association, and also has experience in civil litigation. Heather's experience in criminal defense includes all aspects of representation in both felony and misdemeanor cases. She has extensive courtroom experience, including motion hearings, jury trials, sentencings, and probation hearings.

Heather is a graduate of Tulane University Law School, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and was admitted into the Order of Barristers. While in law school, she was a member of the Tulane Juvenile Law Clinic. Heather also holds a Master's Degree in Special Education from the University of Washington, and earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Memphis.

Heather is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.
